Yes, The Oaks at Whitaker Glen is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), meaning residents can age in place with confidence. Whether you’re living independently or need additional care later on, all services are provided within the same trusted community. Couples benefit greatly from this model, allowing each partner to receive the right level of care without separation or stress.

We offer our Enhanced Living Program, which provides support with activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and medication management. Our upcoming expansion will include assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and on-site pharmacy services, expected to open in 2027.

The expansion is unfolding in thoughtfully planned phases:

• Phase 1 (Summer 2025): Outdoor pool, hot tub, pickleball courts, bocce ball, putting green, golf simulator, temporary fitness center, card room, and a state-of-the-art outdoor restaurant with a pizza oven
• Phase 2 (2026): Twenty-nine 1- and 2-bedroom flats
• Phase 3 (2027): Health care center with assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, rehab, and on-site pharmacy
• Phase 4 (2029): The Clubhouse with 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments including penthouse suites, plus expanded amenity spaces

Yes. These care levels will be available on campus starting in 2027, ensuring residents can age in place with comfort and continuity of care. We currently offer Enhanced Living services in our existing independent living residences through PruittHealth @ Home.

Yes. We offer convenient on-site transportation to medical appointments and local destinations, both now and throughout the upcoming expansion.

Our executive chef and culinary team work closely with residents to accommodate dietary needs and preferences, offering meals that are both delicious and personalized.

Yes! We’re a pet-friendly community. Residents are welcome to have up to two pets, and we love seeing them thrive here too.

Every residence includes an emergency pull cord system and access to an emergency response pendant, ensuring peace of mind and rapid response if assistance is ever needed.

Yes, guests are always welcome. We offer dedicated guest suites, and family or friends may also stay with residents in their home if preferred.
